    This skills-based group is designed to teach individuals several different strategies to reduce depressive symptoms and enhance their quality of life. The group is open to anyone who has experienced depression in the past or is currently finding it challenging to manage symptoms.

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Group

    This group therapy program addresses prolonged unhappiness and bouts of depression. By learning and practicing cognitive therapy and meditative practices, participants will learn how to break free of downward mood spirals, build realistic standards to prevent suffering, and create a healthy outlook on life.
